Variable Ignition System 12V 90W The FLYTECH variable ignition system by PINASCO is the result of a long research and development process aimed at delivering a high-quality, reliable and long-lasting product. The PINASCO FLYTECH fly wheel, made with different weights for all models Vespa VNB - GT - LML - COSA - SPRINT - PX. The weights of the flywheels are 1.6 kg and 1.8 kg.

FEATURES
- The super light rotor has an internal steel bulkhead which protects both the magnets and the stator in case of crankshaft breakage.
- The ballasts are machined from solid, not from tube, they are perfectly well-balanced and zinc-plated.
- The flywheel cones, machined from the solid, are prearranged for Piaggio original extractors in order to ease removal. Their surface is nickel-plated to resist weathering action and corrosion maintaining a perfect thread on the inside.
- The nylon cooling fan presents an enhanced fin profile aimed at keeping the engine cool even in the worst conditions, by increasing by 20% the air flux.
- The die-cast aluminium stator plate guarantees maximum resistance and features a graduated scale which allows even the unexperienced to set the ignition perfectly.
